1. Delivery A – "There Before You Arrive"

1.1 Service Description

Delivery A ensures your groceries and beverages are stocked in your vacation stay before you land on the island. Our team delivers and stocks your order the day before your scheduled check-in, so you arrive to a fully ready, stocked home-away-from-home.

1.2 Fees

• Delivery fee: USD $15 per order
• Stocking fee: USD $20 per order
• Fee waiver: For orders of USD $280 or more (product subtotal before fees), both the delivery fee and the stocking fee are waived.

1.3 Timing

• Orders are scheduled so that delivery and stocking occur the day before your check-in date, subject to property access.
• The guest and/or property contact must ensure our team has access to the property during the agreed time window.

2. Delivery B – On-Island Same-Day Delivery

2.1 Service Description

After you arrive in Aruba, you can place additional orders from a limited on-island catalog of groceries, beverages, and essentials. We deliver directly to your villa, condo, or hotel.

2.2 Fees

• Delivery fee: USD $20 per order
• Fee waiver: For orders of USD $150 or more (product subtotal before fees), the delivery fee is waived.

2.3 Same-Day Delivery Window & Cut-Off

• Orders placed by 12:00 pm (noon) are eligible for same-day delivery.
• Same-day deliveries are made between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
• Orders placed after 12:00 pm (noon) will be scheduled for the next available delivery day, subject to availability.
• Deliveries are scheduled within a time window; exact times cannot be guaranteed but we aim to deliver as early as possible within the window.

3. General Terms

3.1 Order Cut-Off and Availability

• All deliveries are subject to product availability and route capacity.
• In the event of delays or stock issues, our team will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

3.2 Pricing

• All fees and minimums are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Product prices and fees may be updated periodically; the prices shown at checkout at the time of ordering will apply.
